BUDDING POETS

The tiny tots of PYP KINDERGARTEN participated in “Budding Poets” – an English Poem Recitation competition. Participants of all grades- Nursery, KG1 and KG2 demonstrated fervor and zeal. They were confident and loud. They recited poems on various topics – Earth, Mother Nature, Saving Water, Half way down, Traffic Lights et al. The audience was enthralled with the performances of their peers. Some participants sang out their poems and added soul to the competition. It was an engrossing event and a one that inspired non participants to partake next time. The judges were amazed with the young learners’ enthusiasm and competition spirit. 

“Technocrats” – A technical Fancy dress competition was conducted in Cambridge International Foundation School on 14-07-2016 for PYP Grades I – V. Students were very enthusiastic during performances. Participants have been confident & creative in their presentations. They were articulating facts and figures about their gadgets, mobile phones, camera, rockets, I pads, smart pillow, missile, robot, pixels were some of the technologies of the day. Overall the event was informative and knowledgeable. The Judges – Ms. Vanita & Ms. Pushpdeep from the Science Department at CIFS were amazed by the confidence of the students and wished them luck.
